Very portable and easy to hook up! For mobile applications it is perfect for my 1000 which I love. Takes longer to charge than my other unit but easily portable which is why I got it. Actually my second one!

My controller requires less than 35v will this be a good fit?

Can you chain a boulder 30 watt panel with this Nomad 100 watt panel charging a Yeti 1250? I already own a 30 watt boulder.

You cannot chain panels of different Wattage together. However, you can use both panels simultaneously (in two different strings) by using the two separate 8mm jacks on the front of the Yeti 1250, or by utilizing the AP adapter paired with the Nomad 100:
