The unit itself does exactly what it supposed to do. But, for close to $1,000, it should come with a practical, useable window kit, for both horizontal and vertical applications. The only thing that Ecoflow provides is a ‘duct cutout’ - which is a joke. Therefore, I had to order a 6” window kit duct adapter from Amazon, plus a 5” window kit adapter for the second hose (see picture below). Finally, I had to drill a hole for the drainage hose to pump the water condensation outside - which you can set to do automatically in the Ecoflow App.
