Is your web site secure?
Absolutely! Earthtech Products, Inc. has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. This site is hosted by Yahoo! One of the most trusted names on the internet. Yahoo! hosts the store pages, ordering system, and order data. All on-line transactions are sent through Yahoo's secure server and encrypted with 256-bit technology.
All orders are transmitted over secure Internet connections using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology. All of your personal information including your credit card information and sign-in password are stored in encrypted format at all times. More specifically, your credit card information is only used by Earthtech Products, Inc. until your transaction is completed - it is never stored on a server or saved in a database, online or off. Additionally, all user information is protected by a multi-layer firewall based security system.

Re-authorizations after the initial order
We also obtain authorizations for the outstanding balance of your order if a) your order partially ships or b) the existing authorization is about to expire. Should the re-authorization not be successful, we will contact you for new payment information. If we are not able to obtain a valid authorization, we reserve the right to either cancel your order or charge your card for the outstanding balance of your order. If, after we charge your card as a result of not being able to re-authorize, you wish to cancel your order, please contact us and we will refund your card provided that your order has not yet shipped.
Online Order Status (Tracking info and more)
After placing an order you may check the shipping status at any time, You will be emailed a Earthtech Products ID to track your order when your order ships.
Confirmation of orders
After placing an order you will get a confirmation email within 10 minutes. If you place an order with Earthtech Products.com and don't get an confirmation email check your "junk" mail folder - it will probably be in there; otherwise, shoot us an email and we'll confirm it for you!
You will only be charged tax if you are a resident of New York. Earthtech Products, Inc is required by law to charge sales tax on orders shipped to New York state addresses, which is calculated and itemized during the online ordering process. No sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to addresses in other states.
Most of our products are shipped directly from our manufacturing
partners to you. Before leaving the warehouse, each item is carefully
inspected so that it arrives to you in perfect condition.

Items that cannot be shipped by standard carriers because they
are too heavy or require special handling are shipped via a
specialized freight carrier. Freight items may incur an additional

Where we ship
International orders will be shipped and processed by International Checkout. Simply add items into your shopping cart and click the International Checkout button to proceed. We ship to addresses within the contiguous 48 states of the US as well as Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii. Total shipping costs for orders shipping to Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii will be calculated after checkout. Earthtech will contact you with a shipping quote before your order is processed.
EarthTechProducts.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at firstname.lastname@example.org
Shipping times vary for each product and manufacturer, so
please refer to the lead times quoted in each product's description for
a more accurate estimate. The quoted lead times are averages for
in-stock items and are only estimates.
We try hard to ship in the times quoted (and faster if
possible), but sometimes items are delayed beyond the stated
windows. If an item that you order will take longer than the
original estimate, we will inform you as soon as possible to let you
know what the new estimated shipping date is.
Method of delivery
The majority of items are shipped via FedEx Ground or UPS, but for
larger items we might use specialized freight carriers.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your order and Earthtech Products.com shopping experience! If you are not satisfied with your
order you may return it within 30 days of your receipt of merchandise
for a refund at the purchase price less shipping fees. We do, however, require that you pay to ship the item back to us, and any shipping fees originally paid on your order are non-refundable. Here are the exceptions and clarifications:
- Products must be returned to us in their original condition and in their original packaging complete with all tags, instructions, and inserts.
- We cannot accept returns on products that have been customized (color, finish, dimensions, upholstery, etc.).
- All orders placed through International Checkout are final with the exception of items that have manufacturer defects. Please contact International Checkout at email@example.com to see if your item is covered under a Manufacturer Warranty.
Please see our Return Policy section to receive complete instructions on returning goods. Once we receive your return, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
Due to the additional handling of larger orders a restocking fee will be applied to orders over $1000. Any wholesale, resale, trade or volume orders over $2000 in value or more than 10 items are not eligible for return & are covered by manufacturer warranty if applicable.
We do not accept exchanges, but you can exchange an item by returning it to us and placing a new order for the item(s) that you would like in place of the original order. RMA is required for this process.
Damaged / Defective Goods Replacements
Items are carefully designed and packaged to withstand the rigors of
travel, but sometimes damage does occur en route. Please inspect your
purchase immediately upon receipt. Any damages incurred through shipping must be reported immediately, within 24 hours of receipt. Be sure to inspect all packages for damage before signing for the package. If damage is visible, reject the shipment, be sure the driver notes the damage and contact Earthtech Products as soon as possible. We will file a damage claim with the shipper and ship a replacement as soon as possible.
Keep all of the original packing material. Please contact us and we will provide you with instructions.
