EarthTechProducts.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Processing Time & Shipping Schedule
You can expect your order to be processed within approximately one to two "business" days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. Earthtech Products, Inc. does not guarantee same day shipping. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays. Earthtech Products, Inc.’s store hours are M-F, 9-5pm EST. Orders are processed during store hours. Orders with standard shipping depart usually with in 48 hours. Orders will be received by the consumer using standard shipping, normally within 7 – 10 business days. Excluding weekends, early closures and holidays. Please reference each products page for more specific lead times. Please Note: Any delays in shipping by the carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS) due to weather or any other circumstances is not the responsibility of Earthtech Products and shipping charges will not be refunded in the event shipping is delayed by the shipping carrier.
Earthtech Products, Inc. will keep you informed of your order status via e-mail. If tracking information is available it will be emailed to your Earthtechproducts.com ID once your order has shipped. You may also acquire your order status and other live updates by emailing Earthtech Products with your order number.
Parcel Not Received
Should your package NOT be received in accordance with the provided tracking information; Please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days of expected delivery.
Upon notification of a missing package, we will contact the carrier and open a missing package claim. The claim resolution process can take up to 7-10 business days.
