The Royal solar lamp is easy to install and requires no wiring, or electricity. Just install the post in concrete and the light will come on automatically at dusk and on a full charge, will last up to 18-30 hours. Featuring a color temperature of 2700K. The Royal Lamp worked as advertised. I set the the lamp for economy or low power mode and the lamp stayed on all night.

I am really impressed with how nice the lamp looks and works. I have opted for the low setting and it does a really nice job of illuminating the yard from dusk till dawn.

Thank you for reaching out to us! This fixture is designed to left outdoors 365 days a year. As long as the fixture is receiving direct sunlight for 6-10 hours a day the fixture should operate with a complete dusk to dawn illumination, as expected. Thank you for your inquiry!

To mount the pole in the ground, what size hole is required and how much concrete is necessary?

We recommend waiting until the Royal Solar Lamp Post with GS-Solar LED Light Bulb fixture is in your possession before pouring a concrete base as to ensure proper sizing. We recommend the hole be at least 2-3 feet deep with the use of a sonotube. Thank you for your inquiry!
