The LEDs within the fixture boasts an operation time of 50,000 hours (approximately 10 years). Approved for both residential and commercial areas. Installation is fast and easy and all of the hardware needed for installation is included. Outputs 300 lumens and allows for warm white or cool white selectable color temperatures.
