Very nice solar light!!
April 30, 2023
The solar panel was bigger than expected, which is a good thing! More opportunity to pull in solar energy for power. The lights feel heavy-duty meaning they can withstand the elements well. I left just the panel in direct sunlight for 3 days prior to use and it has lit up both lights every night, all night, since then, even when some days were not totally sunny, which was a very welcome surprise! (FYI in the image provided, all the lights look slightly brighter than they actually are. The two lights purchased are used for the American Flag and the large palm tree)

1. is the battery pack physically attached or an integrated part of the solar panel?
2. Am I correct that if I want to install the lights more than 6 feet from the solar panel/battery pack,
I need to order 2 of the 10ft extension cables?
Thank you.

Is it a problem if the light is off most of the time and just turned on when light is needed in an area? Will that harm the battery? If so, what would be minimums to keep the battery in good working order?
Thanks. This is what I'm looking for, I think.

1 Answer
As long as the unit is receiving direct sunlight daily, then the solar panel will keep the battery maintained, even if kept in the off position. This will not harm the battery. We recommend keeping the battery as fully charged as possible, for longevity purposes. Thank you for your inquiry!

Does this unit give more than 10 hours of light and if you use only one light will you double the time of lighting?
1 Answer
You will get approximately 8-10 hours of shine time at night if you get a full day of direct sunlight to the solar panel during the day. If you use one light the time will be extended because you will be using half of the power.
