I had to place and remove these 4 times from my balasters. Finally figured out that all 4 lights I bought - none of the rechargeable batteries were working. I replaced with all new batteries and now they work. Looks great now, but cost me $20 more for new batteries and wasted alot of time trying to find the problem.
