Seems very bright as used on a 40ft. pole with 6'x10' flag. Time will tell if the battery has enough capacity to keep the illumination going throughout the night. Overall though, off to a great start.
Appearance, brightness, easy to install.
Would be nice if the on/off switch had an indicator so you'd know if it is "on" or "off". Since it needs darkness to turn on, you don't know the position of the switch unless you cover the entirety of the solar panel.

I have bought many flagpole top lights and NONE of them compared to this one. Truly the best top light for a flagpole. You can't go wrong buying this light.

That light is really the best light what we bought. ( looks like a UFO is landing) I meant is so much light, the whole Flagpole and a roundabout is in light. Wonderful, I am really happy. Thank you so much
Super light, works great

Really lights up the flag and the surrounding area compared to the old light that I had. Would recommend at the sale price.
Flag pole illumination
Don't know how it will stand up to the harsh winds and cold temps this coming winter.
Wanted to let you know after having my Double RowSolar flag pole light in the box for over a year I changed my flag and said it was time to put it on. It is great and I get many compliments about it. Being 77and telescoping pole.
What is the life expectancy of this unit? I have had similar lights and have found they typically stop working around the 1.5 year mark.
Typically most solar lights will need to have the battery replaced after 1-3 years. (this may be why you are noticing your other solar lights failing, they may just require a replacement battery). Typically the fixtures should last for a number of years after the 1-3 battery year range, as the LEDs and solar panel configuration will outlast the battery. Thank you for your inquiry!
