Do I need to purchase an adapter to install this or any additional tools to install this? I live in the desert in AZ and have rocks as my terrain.

The Tools that are needed but not supplied with the solar lamp post set are as follows:
Screw driver
Wrench
Electrical drill that will be used to anchor the lamp base to the ground.

What is the height of this from the bottom of the lamp post base to the top of the lamp lantern? What is the difference between rust proof and rust resistant? Is this weather proof?
