Works fine in cupola atop garage with solar panel outside cupola on roof But only get up to about 2 hours light at best because of considerable leafage in large trees Any way to improve light output short of cutting down trees? What is best way to aim panel -- directly south, or somewhat southeast or southwest (forgetting tree shade)?
Merchant Response:Thank you so much for your feedback on this Solar Light. The best direction for the solar panel to face would be the south exposure since the sun will travel east to west. You should be getting DIRECT sunlight all day with no shade in order for this Solar Spotlight to work as it is designed to. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
