We never had the chance to install this dock light, but considering the weight it seems like a good product in comparison to others purchased in the past (which didn�t last and didn�t have a warranty). This product seems much more durable. We purchased this product thinking they were a group of 6 dock lights, but unfortunately misunderstood and there are 6 lights within this 1 dock light. This company has been great with communication and it has been a pleasure.
