Underneath the tough, rugged, waterproof casing the Extreme houses a massive 12,000mAh
Lithium battery with a bi-directional USB-C
port and is capable of charging both 5V
and 12V devices. The rugged, waterproof design is perfect
for keeping your essential devices charged
while you’re off the beaten track.
The kit includes a 5 watt solar panel which outputs 5V 1A via USB and opens to 210 degrees - perfect for fitting to a back pack or tent. |
The solar panel features MPPT technology which gives optimum charging in low light conditions and will not stop charging should a cloud pass over the panels. |

1. Can this 12000ma battery also be charged from a car battery.
2. Can the solar panels charge a divice without the aid of the battery.
3. Is this divice EMP proof?
The Powertraveller Extreme can be recharged using any 5V 2.4A input. The solar panel can power directly to any 5 volt device. It is not designed to be EMP proof. Thank you for your inquiry!

Can I use this to charge rechargeable batteries
The Powertraveller Extreme can output DC - 12V 1A, USB - 5V 2A power or Bi-Directional USB-C 5V 2.4A power. If the rechargeable battery housing is compatible with these output parameters, then it will be able to provide a charge. Thank you for your inquiry!

can you use this solar panel to run anything, like a coffee grinder???
The Powertraveller Extreme features a 12V DC and 5V USB output. Typically coffee grinders operate on 110V AC power, which is not possible with this device. If you require AC output power, I recommend the Sherpa 100 Solar Kit with AC inverter:
