Unlike gas powered lanterns that will leave you in the dark once gas runs out, this hand crank light can be counted upon to provide its users with bright lighting all the time. It can use the power it obtained from USB sources or the Nomad 7 Portable Solar Panel to deliver up to 48 hours of lighting. And when electricity is unavailable, you can always use its built-in hand crank to generate the power that will allow it to operate for as long as you want. This hand crank LED lantern has two light modes that should come in handy in various situations: one side or both sides lit. When only one side of it is activated, this portable LED lantern gives off 180 degrees of lighting which is ideal for lighting up dark trails. When both of its sides are activated, this outdoor LED light gives off 360 degrees of light which is suitable for illuminating small closed spaces like a tent. In addition to being a reliable light source, this product also functions as a hand crank phone charger. Designed with an output USB port, many portable USB powered devices, including phones and GPS devices, can be hooked up to the Lighthouse 250 Lantern to replenish lost energy.
