The Sun The Goal Zero Yeti 1400 Lithium can be charged by connecting the included solar panels.
Wall The Goal Zero Yeti 1400 Lithium can be recharged from a regular wall outlet in about 25 hours. You can charge your Yeti with solar panels, and a wall charger at the same time.
12V The Goal Zero Yeti 1400 Lithium can now be recharged via 12V DC Input! The 12V 8mm Car Charger allows the user to recharge the Yeti Generator via Car, Truck, RV, Camper or any 12V Cigarette Lighter Input!

If I already have solar panels how far can the goal zero be from the panels. Or how far can the Goal Zero be from the house to work effectively.
The panels must be compatible with the Goal Zero Yeti and the distance will depend on the type of solar panels and cables that they utilize. The Yeti should be located as close as possible to the items you intend on powering. You can always use the Integration Kit to control which 4 circuits in the home are powered by the Solar Generator.
