The Motion-Activated 80 LED Solar Security Floodlight (certainly the brightest solar security light we've seen yet) uses 80 super bright LED lights that provide maximum illumination for walkways, driveways, garages, sheds and more. It has adjustable PIR sensors that detect motion within 180 degrees and up to 35 feet away. Time duration can be set from 10 seconds to 1 minute. It also has an adjustable swivel head and sensor and 80 LEDs to light large spaces. The Solar Motion Light includes a 15 foot cable that allows the solar panel charging unit to remain outside, and still have the option to use the light indoors. Use the sun to save big. The Solar Security Light provides more than ample light without the cost of electricity, so it's economical, green and pocket friendly. Deter robbers and unwanted trespassers. Take advantage of great illumination that performs better than conventional electric floodlights. We use the light to illuminate two steps and a wheelchair ramp from our parking lot to a patio level. The motion detector can "see" people coming into the area or leaving it. We don't have a lot of sun in November, but it still works.

had a problem with one,just took a little more time to work it out, lights up a good size area, only thing I don't like is it will only stay on for 1 minute at a time, but I like them so far

Very easy to install. All the necessary hardware is included, which consist of only 6 screws. You can place it where you feel is best for your needs, just so long as the solar panel gets some direst sunlight. The only con is that the light output is closer to a 60 incandescent watt bulb rather than a 100 watt bulb as listed on the website. Having said that, the light output is more than adequate for my needs. I am using it in a 6 1/2 by 12 foot green house and it exceeds my needs.
