Q: Where is the switch located for the timer?
A: The timer switch is located on the bottom end of the candle.

Q: Does the candle emit heat?
A: No, the candle contains LED's which emit no heat and is cool to touch.

Q: Are Batteries required?
A: Yes, requires 2 C size batteries (not included).

Q: Is the Glass removable?
A: Yes, the glass is removable from the metal frame making it easier to clean.

Q: How does the Automatic Timer work?
A: Your candle has three activation positions -Off, 4 hour and 8 hour. When in the off position your candle will remain inactive. When the timer position is selected in either the 4 hour or 8 hour position at any give time of the day, the flickering light will turn on and then automatically turn off after the selected time duration. The following day, if the switch setting has not been modified, the flickering light will automatically turn on at the same time and will automatically turn off after either 4 or 8 hours depending on the interval selected. To change starting time, cycle the switch to off and back to either 4 hour or 8 hour at the desired time.

Q: Can I use a regular candle?
A: No, the Glass cylinder and metal holder are designed for use with the flameless candle included in your product. They are not intended for use with real candles and should never be used in that way.
